What I'm Reading

What did you recently finish reading?

Starstruck (Bluewater Bay #1) by L.A. Witt
Was really enjoying until about 80% then it took a turn I just wasn't keen on which was a shame.

The Five by Hallie Rubenhold
I really enjoyed this one! Brilliantly written and I really appreciated the focus on the victims and what life was like for a poor woman in Victorian England. Thanks to [personal profile] kelly_chambliss for the recommendation!

Screwed (Hardwood Construction #4) by K.M. Neuhold
Probably my least favorite of the series so far, but still quite enjoyable!

Siren Cove Series by Claire Cullen
I needed something mindless and light and this hit the bill, though by the last two books I was no longer as forgiving on the series' flaws.

What are you currently reading?

Steppenwolf by Hermann Hesse
Current audiobook read! Lol, my loan on the audiobook lapsed because I took too long so I ended up getting the ebook version in hopes I can read that one faster and finish up!

The Awakening Land Trilogy by Conrad Richter
About to start book 3 of this trilogy. I've been putting it off, but it's time...

Our Women on the Ground: Essays by Arab Women Reporting from the Arab World by Zahra Hankir
Current non-fiction read!

What do you think you’ll read next?

After Felix (Close Proximity #3) by Lily Morton
I love this author and this series has been great so far, but I've been dragging my feet a bit with this book as the theme isn't my favorite. Hopefully I'll still enjoy!

The Enforcer Enigma (San Andreas Shifters, #3) by G.L. Carriger
I love basically everything from this author and just got this most recent book in from the library!

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling
I've got about 2 weeks until my chat about this book but it's a long one so I'll probably start it in the next week. This entry was originally posted here on Dreamwidth. Please comment there using OpenID
