What I'm Reading

What did you recently finish reading?

Lamb in His Bosom by Caroline Miller
Most recent Pulitzer Prize Winner read. Overall I quite enjoyed it, though the period-accurate racism was hard to swallow.

One Drop by Yaba Blay
Most recent non-fiction read, and I thought this one was really excellent.

Chronicles of Alsea Book 5 by Fletcher DeLancey
Trucking right along with my goal to read one book from this series a month!

La Bastarda by Trifonia Melibea Obono
Read as part of my Around the World Reading Challenge for Equatorial Guinea. I wanted to love this as it's queer rep in an African country written by a Black woman, but I really didn't enjoy the style and felt the story was under-developed.

What are you currently reading?

A Queer History of the United States by Michael Bronski
Current non-fiction read.

Clockwork Boys by T. Kingfisher
I've been wanting to read some T. Kingfisher and this series seemed the most interesting so I figured I'd give it a read!

What do you think you’ll read next?

Fugitive Telemetry (The Murderbot Diaries #6) by Martha Wells
Not sure if I'll get to this one this week but my hold came in from the library and I am very excited!

Last Night in Nuuk by Niviaq Korneliussen
Next in my Around the World Reading Challenge for Greenland.

The Walls Between Hearts
(Las Palmas Fencing Club #2)
by L.A. Witt

Next MM romance read. This entry was originally posted here on Dreamwidth. Please comment there using OpenID
