What I'm Reading

What did you recently finish reading?

Last Night in Nuuk by Niviaq Korneliussen
Read as part of my Around the World Reading Challenge for Greenland, and I quite enjoyed it! Quick read, queer themes, written by a BIWOC author, so it ticked a lot of boxes.

Clockwork Boys (Clocktaur War #1) byT. Kingfisher
My first book by this author and it was interesting! Great writing, though I felt the author tried to cram a bit too much into the worldbuilding. Still, I'm looking forward to reading book 2.

What are you currently reading?

A Queer History of the United States by Michael Bronski
Current non-fiction read.

Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead by Olga Tokarczuk
Reading as part of my Around the World Reading Challenge for Poland and it's interesting...

Heroes: Mortals and Monsters, Quests and Adventures (Stephen Fry's Great Mythology, #2) by Stephen Fry
Current audiobook listen.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Fugitive Telemetry (The Murderbot Diaries #6) by Martha Wells
Not sure if I'll get to this one this week but my hold came in from the library and I am very excited!

Eldest (Inheritance Cycle #2) by Christopher Paolii
I've got my virtual bookclub for this one this weekend and I remember this being one of my favorite books in the series so I'm curious to see how I like it!

Glitterland by Alexis Hall
Next MM romance read. It's been on my list for ages and I'm finally getting around to it.

The Black Friend by Frederick Joseph
Next non-fiction read. This entry was originally posted here on Dreamwidth. Please comment there using OpenID
